Camille Catiau

Passionate from a very young age, Camille began to learn to cook with her mother and grandmother. She began her apprenticeship at the age of 15.

During her studies she met her partner, Simon. Together they took over Les Remparts hotel-restaurant in 2013. "I have always loved Montreuil-sur-Mer,” explained Camille. “It’s a friendly town with loads of charm. ” 

Every Saturday Camille buys her vegetables for the week at the Montreuil market. “I work with fresh, local and seasonal produce,” she explains. “And I always try to add that special something for the customer’s pleasure, little details, to create balanced dishes. ”

Your aim? To have a sustainable little business with her husband.
